
Eron Owens - Head Trainer/Owner/Instructor has over 30 years experience riding, teaching and training horses. Eron earned her B.S. Degree in Animal Science from Purdue University, then moved on to work for internationally known thoroughbred farms in Kentucky, New Zealand and Australia. Pooling knowledge from this experience along with the 15+ years working, training, and teaching at the current facility has helped create a safe, knowledgeable, trustworthy environment for both students and boarders. A bronze medal dressage rider, Eron has competed successfully in dressage and eventing since graduating from Purdue.
She has been fortunate enough to train with many talented instructors over the years and currently trains with Nancy Kleiner (USDF Certified Instructor/trainer/rider), Lou Denizard (USDF judge/trainer/rider, Pan Am Rider, Puerto Rico), and Molly Kinnamon (Advanced USEA instructor/rider), and Ashley Kehoe (4* Eventer)
